How Can I be sure the Plan is not Fraudulent

If you are being defrauded intentionally by a skillful con artist, it will be very hard to spot the deception.  It is a little like trying to figure out how a great performer does a magic trick like sawing his partner in half.

If the transaction justifies it, use experienced professionals to advise you.  If you do not have advice, do not enter into a transaction in an industry or business where you are inexperienced.  Pass on the investment and put your money in the industry you understand.

The best defense against fraud is unemotional in-depth research.  If you are ignorant or excited about and investment you will probably make a mistake.  Good investing is basically boring.
