Capital Consultants president admits guilt
Barclay Grayson, son of Capital Consultants principal Jeffrey Grayson, struck a
plea bargain deal with federal authorities as part of the ongoing Capital
Consultants-Wilshire Financial Services Group scandal, The Oregonian reported
today.
Barclay Grayson, former president of Capital Consultants, agreed to plead guilty
to fraud charges and to pay back as much as $4.9 million to individuals and
groups who lost money in the Capital Consultants collapse. Barclay Grayson will
also testify against his father in the ongoing federal probe, the newspaper
reported. The case is before Judge Anna Brown in the U.S. District Court in
Portland, Ore.
